Ashbourne 3rd XV 19 - 15 Ashfield 2nd XV Phenomenal performance from Ashbourne today. Ashfield turned up with a much bigger and polished squad than we put to the sword at their place earlier in the season. Ashbourne turned up though! Put everything into each tackle, ruck, maul and scrum! The backs putting some great moves together too. As the scoreline suggests it was a close game, but Ashbourne controlled it well even when Ashfield employed the 'dark arts' resulting in us having to make some early changes, the subs coming on making immediate impacts!
