Some significant club events in the run up to Christmas Sunday 21st November AM ARUFC mini & juniors hosting Amber Valley u7 through to u14, so rugby matches all over the rec & qegs fields! U6 & U15 have training also. Very important! The coffee van will be at the ‘QEGS end’ of the site. Saturday 27th November. Our ‘Remembering those we lost’ minutes silence at 2.15pm Preceding the 1st v Market Rasen game. In the 18 months of our C19 affected lives, 6 members of our club, past and present passed on. ( not necessarily of C19 related illness) We will remember Ray Wason, Bob Pinfield, Glyn Wilson, Jean Brown, Fred Atterbury & Roger Oakes. A moment to remember them. Friday 3rd December ‘Ashbourne Late Night Shopping Event’ From 5pm-8pmish we will be selling Burgers & Hot Dogs outside Nigels Butchers. This is a major club fund raiser. Please support us. The Santa’s Grotto at the Millennium Clock is also run by club members. From 530-8.30pm £2 to meet Santa. No booking required. A small pressie also!
