Tuesday 13th August : Tackling & Set piece session focus on the Rec 7-8.30pm Thursday 15th August - Conditioned games with breakdown focus. 7-8.30pm on the Rec Lets continue the momentum lads & keep building towards our first game which is on the 31st August !!
