Dear Club Members, Sponsors and Friends, Re: Annual Luncheon Ashbourne RUFC wish to invite you to the Club’s Luncheon for life members, vice presidents, patrons, sponsors, supporters, past players and friends at The Empire Club, King Edward Street, Ashbourne on Saturday 21st March 2020 at 11.45pm for 12.15 pm. These events have in previous years proved to be a very successful and have provided a great opportunity for old players and friends to meet and enjoy lunch as well as raising valuable funds to keep the club solvent. The Clubs 1st XV will be entertaining Market Rasen in a very tough League fixture and officials from our neighbouring club will be invited to attend along with the days Match and Match Ball Sponsors. We would like to invite you, your partner and friends to come along and enjoy a four course luncheon, prior to watching the 1st XV play Market Rasen. And finally, join us for a few more drinks and chat to discuss the match and past memories at our headquarters at the Ex-Servicemen’s Club, Ashbourne. The Club continues to grow and currently fields3/4 senior sides, a Colts XV plus juniors from Under 6 to Under 17’s and these all require support both on and off the field and we as a Club are so lucky to have so many volunteers offering their services every week to ensure rugby continues at Ashbourne.
